All of the news surrounding Louisville's 2019 recruiting class deals with egress and zero ingress.
It's time to shine some light on potential targets to watch for who will be additions to this class rather than focusing on the subtractions.
I've done some serious detective work to put this list together and I think I've comprised a decent list of prospects high on Louisville's board. Admittedly some of these players are long shots but they are priority targets nonetheless.
Of course Ty Murray, Zach Williamson, and Aidan Robbins, the remaining verbal commits are priorities for Louisville and last I heard all three will be taking official visits this weekend.
Here are some other priority targets you may or may not already know about.

Jamel Starks: Georgia DB. Just visited NC State and is supposed to be visiting WVU this weekend. If Lousiville offers and scores a quick OV or he pushes back his commitment date, Louisville has a shot.

Jamie Pettway Chad Simmons posted
this article a few hours ago discussing Pettway's top four of Missouri, Louisville, Georgia Tech, and Tennessee. All I have to add to that is I spoke with one of my sources at Tennessee and I don't believe he is a take there.

Dawand Jones - 6-foot-8, 350-pound OT who has been on fire lately picking up offers from everyone. His latest offers were Florida 12/8 and Michigan 12/6. He already took official visits to USC and Mississippi State. I can't see him signing early considering he just blew up but it's going to be tough to beat all those big time programs.

Liam Dick is a very large 6-foot-6, 309-pound Canadian prospect who I saw twice this offseason, once at a UofL camp and before that in Columbus at the Rivals three-stripe camp. Let's just say he looked a lot better at Louisville than he did in Columbus and leave it at that. It appears that Pitt is the leader here but maybe Satterfield can make a move.

Jordan is listed as 6-foot-6, 230-pound receiver by Rivals but Louisville is probably targeting him as a TE. His only two offers are from Fresno State and Louisville and he is currently uncommitted. He is from California so Fresno State has the home field advantage here, but he is a guy to Louisville has a legitimate shot to land.

Davis is a converted QB who will be a grad transfer with one year of eligibility left. He fits an immediate need.
Here are his 2018 numbers at tight end with UCONN.

Garmon Randolph is a very long, very lean tight end prospect from Georgia. I have seen him twice, the first was at the Atlanta 3-stripe camp and then again in Atlanta for the Five Star Challenge. He did well at both camps so I was surprised to see he's only ranked as a three-star. His film looked fine and everything shown translates to the next level. LSU stopped in for an in-home with him in late November but things have been quiet coming out of his camp. I'll see if I can get in touch with him this week.

Brett Seither is 6-foot-5, 215-pound TE from Clearwater Central Catholic. Pitt head coach Patt Narduzzi conducted an in-home visit on December 5th. Today TCU sent their inside receiver's coach in for a visit with him and Rutgers sent their tight ends coach. I would think Pitt is pressing the hardest for him but I just found out about Seither today so I have to do some more digging.

Konner Fox Crafty move/flex TE with twitch and speed. He's currently committed to Kansas State but with Bill Snyder retiring he may be open to a change. This would be a nice fit for CSS's offense and a great get. I really like this kid on film.

Luke Baker is committed to S. Mississippi right now, that was his only offer, probably a contingence plan.
