Michael Bush

Absolutely a horse collar!

I played golf with him last summer. Pretty good dude, solid golfer. He's around a 2 cap.

You can grab the back of a jersey. He didn't grab the shoulder pads at all. That's a legal tackle. It was just unlucky. I mean unless you just don't want to watch, he pulled his jersey to bring him down, the video is there and his hand never goes near the shoulder pads. It truly was a freak accident because the sUcKs LB just couldn't bring him down normally and Michael's leg got caught awkwardly. You can see him grabbing around the middle of his number, not the shoulders.

The definition of a horsecollar is below as well. You can grab a jersey. Honestly, had the defender grabbed him by the horsecollar it might have been better for MB.

The horse-collar tackle is a gridiron football maneuver in which a defender tackles another player by grabbing the back collar or the back-inside of an opponent's shoulder pads and pulling the ball carrier directly downward violently in order to pull his feet from underneath him.

Cards not ranked

Tough schedule early in the season but no wins against those teams. Cards have beaten everyone they should beat except GT, and that happens in a conference game on the road. What's the Cardinals' best win? WVU? This is why they aren't ranked.

I will say to the OP's credit the Cards have looked very, VERY good in many wins and I hate to say it but my hopeful expectations are now getting to the second weekend for the Sweet Sixteen.

Early NCAA tournament projection

between espn and cbsports, every bracket predication I've looked at has us and uk in same bracket, who cares. it doesn't. again, just win. if you want to be the national champion, you should be good enough to beat the other 67 teams on any court at any time. Few knows his team sucks this year and has zero chance of the final 4 let alone a title.

ESPN to continue to televise ACC sports thru 2036

I would suggest some caution when discounting the future affiliation of UL in an expanding conference. UL is holding its own right now in both Men’s BB and Football when it comes to NIL funding, and while Stadium attendance will never be confused with so many of the BIG or SEC member institutions, it should be noted that Louisville attendance has been punished by its scheduling, particularly the relatively small travel experience from most of the ACC schools. Aside from UK, ND and WVU: I cannot recall many visiting opponents that brought sufficient fans to help fill the stadium.
