Sure, get Papa under oath, ask him if he's ever used the "N" word, the reason for his removal. Case dismissed.

Ok, at this point he's just suing to gain access to documents related to his resignation, not for control of the company or to be reinstated. That could happen down the road. Regardless, he needs to go away.
