BP I always liked you, but I like you even more now
Never have liked him. He's on ignore as a lot of people have him. He tends to stick his nose everywhere he can and constantly argues with Beasley. He's like a little school girl.

I picture him as an upper middle aged single man, living in his mothers basement with no employ. He lives on his computer all day switching back and forth from porn hub, tender, and this sight until supper is ready.

Republicans no question had quite an election cycle - but, let's not forget that's why they call it a 'cycle' - because things always come back around to the other side.

With that said, it's people like you tluck28 - and I mean specifically like you - that are the problem with the country today. People (on both sides of the political spectrum) that are so entrenched in their positions and intolerant of others with a different view, that you oddly feel the need (typically anonymously) to demonize other Americans with ridiculous name calling and simply regurgitate the talking points of sources (like Breitbart or Buzzfeed) that make you feel safe and provide you the "proof" that your version of America is right.

If America is going to be taken down, it won't be from outside sources - it will certainly be an inside job.

You did see he was responding to KR's post?

Interestingly enough, he knows how spell and form sentences - which is more than we can say about you.

I understood what he said and got his message. That's all you can ask for in communication. The rest is just prissy fluff. :D

If trump gets term limits through (like he's said he would) and nothing else - he'll have been successful. Not holding my breath...
I'm not holding my breath either. FWIW, Trump has said a lot of things that he's just not going to be able to do. He learned in a hurry that in order to be elected, he had to lie. Hillary taught him very well on the fly. He learns quick. LOL.

Look guys, I'm not going to continue down this political road because it's just going to end up hurting someones feelings, and there are enough slow flakes melting away as it is that don't need my help. I'll just bow out and see what this new President can do. Just like I did for President Obama, I will support President Trump with my prayers and hopes.

I'm already blessed with a great family, decent career, and decent health. I had great parents who allowed me to make my own choices in life while adding only their advice. We all have choices to make in life, and I really believe good choices lead to a good life. It's not up to me to tell anyone else how they should live or how they should feel. I'm not that guy.

Thank you Johnny boy. I'm glad that one of the local idiots on here has their own cheer leader now. Maybe the two of you can arrange a meet up and really get to know each other.

I was typing from an I phone, under a table, while in a meeting ( I know very irresponsible) but I really was. I actually have a bachelors and a masters degree......I am not your everyday Trump thumper, as some have described in this thread. There are plenty more like me.

Not every Trump supporter works in a coal mine or is a hillbilly, however those types of people are the backbone of this country, not guys like me.

Just like, not every Liberal is a dress wearing lady boy who hacks off his own genitals, fat woman dressed as a vagina, car burning looter, welfare sucking inner city parasite, or a flag burning half wit. (not that there is anything wrong with that of course)

You remind me of the good ole 80's. The nerds were much tougher back in those days.

Rats - I thought this was a message board. I had no idea that I had inadvertently hacked into a private email conversation - I'll chalk it up to being 1/4 Russian. That's what those two get though - for setting up a private email server...

Lol - its a shame that ole tluck28 won't see this but, I guess its no surprise that I might be on ignore with him. He doesn't seem mature enough to be able to process viewpoints that differ from his own - it must be terrible to go through life as someone so easily frightened by change that they need to lash out.

I will say that its interesting that he's "pictured" me as I doubt most that have encountered him in life, have ever given him a second thought.

Uh, yeah.. Try go back and reading KR's post.

LOL -- All coffeehouse poets wish they worked in IT. :D

I live in Tennessee and Kentucky and ever since I have been in Tennessee you always had to have a photo ID to vote here. Two summers ago the Obama Administration sent 18 million dollars to one of the African countries to pay for photo ID's. They said they were trying to help prevent voter fraud.
The Democrat voters would have more money if they went out and got a job instead of relying on government handouts. Then they could try to influence things with their money.
It was Kenya interestingly enough. It does seem a bit hypocritical until you take a look at the actual voter fraud in countries like that vs. America where it is statistically insignificant. That said, I would think that we would have all sorts of better uses here - for whatever amount of money was sent.

And statistically speaking - it wasn't the number of wealthy Republicans that voted for trump that got him elected - simply look at the vote totals for him from eastern ky - where public assistance is as widespread as any 'urban' area.

In the last analysis, there are so many True Believers on both sides that the insults and smack talk between them has moved into the 8th grade in its downhill intelligence, teachable rating.

Almost hilariously - if it were not deeply sad - the most vilified people are actual centrists, owing to their distance from emotional involvement in politics - the primary similar feature of the personalities and mass movements in this thread.

"The less justified a man is in claiming excellence for his own self, the more ready is he to claim excellence for his nation, his religion, his race or his holy cause."--Eric Hoffer, The true Believer

According to Hoffer, the early converts to any mass movement come from the ranks of the "frustrated," that is, "people who..feel that their lives are spoiled or wasted." The true believers' "Faith in [their] holy cause is to a considerable extent a substitute for [their] lost faith in [themselves]." He says that we are prone to throw ourselves into a mass movement to "supplant and efface the self we want to forget." He then adds, "We cannot be sure that we have something worth living for unless we are ready to die for it."

Just read that book not long ago. A very good book written by a man who as a child was blinded by an accident, but his eyesight miraculously restored itself when he was a teenager. He was a brilliant man. He thought his best work was The Ordeal of Change, and that's going to be the next one I read. I was very impressed with his insight.

We are grateful to have a new President that cares about the working class and what's left of the working middle class. The importance of making good jobs available rather imposing taxes, regulations and disasters like Obamacare. No wonder his companies employ 33,000 people. He knows what it takes to sign the front of a check.

That's some good whiskey philosophy. --Took me like 3x to read it.:D

So this is really about people's own struggle with themselves? --That's funny. I see as people have lost faith in the system and gained faith in themselves to stand up and say something. They've rallied around a leader who they think will make changes. Don't need to whiskey analyze that.;)

The most fascinating part of your rebellious take is in how much you agree with what you seem to want to criticize, lol.

Is that like running up your own behind?

Thanks for the idea. Never ignored anyone before but have to admit it's a great way to make the forum a much more pleasant and informative place.

Since Ashley was complaining about women being sexual objects, post some of Ashley's best pics she's being a sex object . Get the nasty ones too guys....lol

Its a game changer. First and only person that I have ever had to do it to. Got sick of his constant arguing in every thread. He probably argues with himself when nobody else is around.

Putting someone on ignore is a "game changer"? Lulz - what a scared and sad little life you must lead. Are you sure it was only your phone that was "under the table" the other day when you were replying to my posts?

Game changer - lol...

It is a shame that our government is pursuing a tariff policy that will put a disproportionate burden on the working class. Herbert Hoover would approve though.

You can avoid the burdensome tariff on products from Mexico and China by buying products made in the USA.
That's true, however it is a slippery slope that needs to be navigated with care. There are some products that are unique to the countries (Mexico included) that sell them.

I'm fortunate that financially I can buy from anywhere. On the other hand that isn't the case for lower wage workers. Also the next time you go to the grocery store look where the produce comes from particularly during the winter months. Also keep in mind Mexico is one of the largest purchasers of American goods.
