LEE:

The Heat have added another undrafted free agent to their summer league roster.

Former Louisville guard Damion Lee has agreed to play on the Heat’s summer league team, the school announced Friday afternoon. Miami’s summer league team begins play in Orlando on July 2.

Lee joins former South Carolina forward Michael Carrera as undrafted free agents to join Miami. Lee spent one season at Louisville as a graduate transfer after spending the first part of his college career at Drexel.

What does Lee do well? He can put the ball in the basket. Lee, 6-foot-6, led Louisville in scoring (15.9 points per game) last season and was the nation’s fourth-leading scorer as a junior at Drexel (21.4 points per game) in the 2014-15 season.

LEWIS:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Trey Lewis, who was a graduate transfer guard for one year at the University of Louisville last season, will play for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ NBA Summer League team, which begins play on July 8 in Las Vegas.

Lewis, who hails from Cleveland, started in the Cardinals backcourt for his lone season in Louisville last year as the Cardinals posted a 23-8 record and ranked 16th in the final Associated Press poll.

He was second on the Cardinals’ team in scoring (11.3 ppg), assists (2.3 apg) and three-pointer goals (46).

A tri-captain and an All-ACC Academic team selection, he made a three-pointer in 23 of 31 games and at least two in 14 games.

He scored 1,514 career points in his collegiate career, including his stints at Penn State and Cleveland State.
