One to follow in the class of 2024 in WBB is Blanca Thomas, out of Charlotte (NC) Catholic. She's 6'6", finishes well around the basket and has drawn major DI attention. She narrowed her list to 10 schools yesterday: UofL, NC State, South Carolina, North Carolina, Duke, Va. Tech, Texas, Notre Dame, Stanford and Michigan.
(Not to be confused with 5'10" guard Bianca Thomas, who played at Ole Miss back in 2009).
Wes Moore (NCST) really wants her, she's a Elissa Cunane prototype, and it would be nice to "steal one" away from the Wolf Pack.

NCST appears to be the front runner. I'm not impressed with the job Courtney Banghart is doing at UNC.

UNC is going to be one of the teams to beat this year…. Played with all sophomores and a freshmen last year…. I think South Carolina is going to be in the mix as well.

NIL will be the determining factor for Thomas selecting college. NCST will find a lot more competition once the financial considerations start to appear.
