Rather have Ohio State

I think the initial seeding process will be altered. However I don’t think it would have changed the end result. Maybe if Oregon faced Notre Dame.
Possibly, but just think about a typical playoff bracket. 1, 4, 5 and 8 would be on one side of the bracket and 2, 3, 6 and 7 would be on the other side. With 12 teams after 1st round byes, if everything played out by seeding, #3 (ND) would play #6 (OSU) in the quarterfinals, not semis and certainly not championship.

Does the ACC profit from Notre Dame football

No idea if my take is right but North Carolina supports Louisville because of basketball. Maybe even because how Louisville invest in sports. The ACC has to be strong in basketball it is the roots of the conference. A bad ACC negatively impacts recruiting even for UNC.

By the way they need to fire their coach and go get Beard-Pearl-Hurley. They can’t be an average program.

UofL Players Into Transfer Portal

Here is another head scratcher both Penn State receivers transfer out. Why because they were average. Here is the game coaches play were they average or was the offense not WR friendly. Let’s play 1M to find out. Geez. I like Chris Bell but if Texas really offered him 1.5M good lord.

I think Louisville needs another high end guy but to me neither Penn St guy is high end. They came out of the Notre Dame game with zero catches. Notre Dame played man and the couldn’t get open.

Love George Carlin.. he was king of one liners. One of his best ones "think of how stupid the average person is, now realize that half of them are stupider than that" 😁

Some Top NIL Programs Struggling

I don't think anyone outside knows for sure. But IU has a huge donor base and Arky has big Tyson chicken money. Lol

Arkansas has billionaire's galore:

1. Jim Walton - Walmart - 95 billion

2. Rob Walton - Walmert - 94 billion

3. Alice Walton - Walmart - 84 billion (but I think she bought the Denver Bronco's (one of these Waltons did), so she may not be interested in funding University of Arkansas stuff - who knows - but Arkansas wouldn't miss 'em they have so many)

4. Lukas Walton - Walmart - 33 billion

5. Christy Walton - Walmart - 16 billion

6. Jerry Jones - Dallas Cowboys - 15 billion

7. Ann Walton Kroenke - Walmart - 11 billion

8. Johnelle Hunt - J B Hunt - 4.5 billion

9. Warren Stephens - investment banking - 3 billion

10. John Tyson - Tyson Chicken - 2.6 billion

11. Barbara Tyson - Tyson Chicken - 2.1 billion

12. R. Madison Murphy - Murphy Oil - 1.2 billion

It is freakin' impressive that a state it's size has produced so many billionaires.

By contrast Kentucky may have 4 or 5.
-- The Brown family of Brown Forman may be in the billionaire club.
-- The father daughter combo of Public Storage, B Wayne Hughes, and Tamara Hughes Gustavson are definitely in the billionaire club.
-- I don't know if Junior Bridgeman is in that club either, but I know he was pretty close not too long ago.
But that's about it.

It'd be awesome to have a couple of the low-end Arkansas peeps in our corner. We'd be damn near unstoppable.
