Will say this for the guy, he is ALWAYS positive. And that's probably exactly what we needed after 2 years of Sergeant Dingleberry.

Says it was a LONG film session reviewing Tennessee

Says there was a lot of positives to build on.(If you say so) lol

Early part of the 9 days of practice was going back to training camp mode, like summer, then focus more on Bellarmine last few days.

Asked about Tennessee being physical and addressing that, said we always look to play more physical, didn't really say it was addressed bc of that game

Said players approach was great, looking to get better

Tons of respect for Scotty and BU. He and Doug were together at XU, then he hired Doug at Winthrop and Pitinoo snatched him away to come back here.

Nothing really about adjusting after the Tennessee game and how it went(if you say so) lol, just need to emphasize the system and clean things up.

Hope to see something that looks more like an offensive system tomorrow night.

I'll be there, hope a bunch more people will be too

Week 12 ACC PIC UM Challenge Braging Rights go to....

a repeat winner in TheRealVille getting 11 of 13.. Congrats TRV!

Brag on TRV.! Brag about a job very well done sir! Also, to the 3 of you who got 10 pics too!

Tiebreaker does not come into play again his week. But if it did, Kudos go to TPA Cdfan for getting the score perfect at 24-20 with Pitt as winner. Even though team was wrong, score was spot on. Great job sir!

A sincere TY to all of the participants and better fortune in week 13.

My choker award goes to the Cards this week. With Pitt at home choking on the last play of the game to CU a close second. Both earned it.

Biggest surprise to me was KU upsetting BYU and spoiling an undefeated season Tough loss.

Best and most entertaining game to me was the Clemson come from behind beatdown of Pitt. Dabo's luck strikes again.

This was a great week for TRV and good for most picr's. We are on the home stretch for this season picr's!

But Curse you Pitt, Cai, KSU, BYU and especially UofL. Bunch of weenies especially the Panthers, and when the Cards beat them will Narduzzi be on the hot seat?

There are a couple of interesting matchups with the Bonus Games this week...pulling for IU over OSU, and Vandy to upset LSWho.
Also, looking forward to Army @ ND and Bama @ OK games, can you smell the Sooner upset special?

UConn @ Cuse - Cuse in the Dome smash the dog doodo out of these Huskies

UNC @ BC - Tarheels ground the Eagles for Mack the Knife to carve them up for a Turkey nee Eagle fest early

Stanfd @ Cal - Cal beat them last year and will again this year in a slugfest....Bears are tougher than any Cardinal

VT @ Duke - Duke playing for a better bowl game takes the Hokies seriously and prevails in this 'Duke out' at home

Charlston S @ FSU -My first who cares game....the Noles win their 2nd game of the year....big tomahawk chop that is

The Citadel @ Clemson - My second who cares game....Tigers smash 'the citadel' with second string in second half

Army @ ND - Would really love to see ARM EE upset the Domers....but the luck of the Irish holds up once again

BONUS GAMES:

UK @ TX - The only question is by how much as the Horns gore the kitties over and over again then stomp on them

IU @ OSU - The Bucs will use their home field advantage to defeat the upstart Hooshiers in this one...no upset alert

BYU @ AZSt - Sun Devils at home make it two in a row L's for the Cougars in a single digit game

Vandy @ LSU - Another 'no upset' game today as the Tigers hold serve in Death Valley in a close one though

Bama @ OK - I am out on limb here..Sooners upset the Tide at home in a major, major upset...who'd a thunk it? Boom!

UCinn @ KSt - Satt's Cats take it on the chin and succomb to these Wildcats....Is it that he can't beat Wildcats or what?

All of what you said might be true in this post and your previous one about the University of Louisville. That said, losing to Stanford as a 20.5 point favorite has nothing to do with your feelings towards "City College." And regardless the landscape, the Cards have proven time and time again they can run with the big dogs. Talent matters, yes, absolutely. So does coaching, and Brohm continues to show us his warts.

Not to defend UK at all...UGA only beat them by one and In my POV UK was the better team that day.

So if I was to say that UK sux, and they do, what does that say about UGA and for that matter the entire SEC?

Hell Bama and a group of them all have two losses. Is this parity or has the mediocrity caught up to all of them too?

But I agree, the Cards should and have to beat them this year.

If not, the reincarnation of the Bear is a bad collision, and the collision course goal we seek that Howard implanted is not attainable, regardless of the coach....sadly.

100 percent agree when you start comparing to the SEC. Where I would fight back a little is they do have the resources to compete in the ACC. It is a thin margin regardless.

With that said they have shown the ability to build rosters to be competitive in ACC. This year was one of those years where they literally got zero breaks plus completely misevaluated their defensive talent. Riley and Gillotte regressed. Adding weight to Gillotte has impacted is quickness. He used to be explosive off the edge now he is strictly a bull rusher. Reager getting hurt plus Barron leaving really impacted edge rushers.

The goal is to be compete for ACC title. I believe that is completely possible but the SEC and Big Ten are going to dominate because they have better and more high end talent. They are more vulnerable but still way ahead of the rest.
