If the 3 million figure is wrong, and the actual number is significantly less, the same question is just as relevant, in my opinion. As to where I heard 3 Million, i did not bookmark the site(s), but I have seen that number and similar ones thrown out in various places online. Accurate? No clue. If you re-read my first sentence, I said "IF 3 million is the going rate" followed by "not sure if that is the number".
