If the Cards finish 6-6 this season, and have an even tougher schedule in 2025, there's not much positive to look forward to. Fan support will drop off and 2025 season ticket sales will also crater.

The next two games may prove nothing as we’ll have to see who stays and plays.

If we lose to Kentucky, there should be some talks about how much we should expect from the future. Kentucky sucks this year and beating them will be sweet, but it also won’t prove much. Losing to them will prove some bad things.

In their 4 losses they averaged 32 pts a game. That really should be good enough. I not sure I agree play calling is bad. I do think they haven’t executed the call but that doesn’t mean it was a bad call. You get stuffed on 3rd-1 or 4th-1 someone missed a block.

The 3rd down call that Bell dropped or Shough missed was a good call he was going to go for another 10-20 yards. Good call not executed. The long throw Shough missed with Brooks he was open it was a bad throw. They are college kids they aren’t going to operate efficiently all the time. Plus defenses call the right plays too and they execute.

The issue is the defense. The question is can they have a championship level staff and players. I think that is unlikely.

It’s hard to beat a team with 13 penalties. You would be hard pressed to find a pop Warner team with those stats. Terrible, especially the defense. Ron English won’t cut the mustard as far as championship caliber teams are concerned. And quite frankly I don’t know if Jeff’s offensive play calling will neither

Played 10 on 11 on offense. Defense plays aggressive during early part of game, but that last few Stanford drives were poorly schemed. Seems that Ron English bestie knew everything he was calling.

I used to go to almost every bowl game. I seriously doubt I’ll go to a bowl game again unless it is the playoffs. I’d rather go to a regular season road game.

Louisville continues to try to do against taller opponents what they do to shorter or same height opponents. Walz and his players don't appear to ever adjust their game according to the height they are facing. Those easy buckets around the basket just will not be there unless you have a clear advantage. Olivia continues to try to back down a taller defender and shoot over them. The same for Harris. It does not work. Respect your opponent's height advantage and adjust your shots and game to match. UK had NINE blocks. The first or second time you get your shot block should tell you to change something. This will also be a problem with ND and other opponents with size.
