iOS 7 & iPhone 5s & mobile app

In the past, once in the Rivals mobile app, if you selected a forum, it was clear they opened in Safari. Now they still open, but not in a Safari window. There's no navigation, reload or other buttons available. Is there an incompatibility going on, or did I miss an app update?
