He cares because uk fans are ate up with Louisville! Louisville's rise has been their demise (except for bball) and they can't stand it. He is posting as a uk fan on a Louisville board right?

It kind of depends on if the appeals process has been finalized.
If not, the dismissal of coaches and athletic director at the time may have been enough.
Then again the NCAA acts whichever way the wind blows.
For a UK football fan, it doesn't matter. The coach is still there that has handed UK their ass all but twice in his career, and UofL still has the most remarkable quarterback in the country.
For a UK basketball fan, it would have been better for my grin factor to see North Carolina get disciplined. To me, they are the dirtiest player in today's game, if for nothing but their arrogance.
Truth be told, a solid UK/UofL rivalry is better for the game.
