Our ooc sucks. Its built for wins. I hope the teams gels quickly and that the ACC is as good as advertised. otherwise we will not be tested and not go far. Honestly wish we played a tough ooc.
This looks like a JV schedule.
Disappointed is an understatement

Agreed. This is just a terrible schedule.

They basically have two chances for a quality OOC win, one at Rupp, mission impossible, the other at MSU, which is sort of unlikely.

Team had an uphill battle anyway but there is real potential to fail in the computer ratings that are really important.

This leaves them no margin for error in the ACC. I don't see how this kind of schedule can prepare them for the ACC.

Expectations for the season need to be in check.

You guys are right...it sucks.Season ticket holders are basically paying for conference games only.I think coaches all over gear it towards what they have coming in or back with their teams. It wasn't one of Crum's philosophies, but times change...I guess.

We have been spoiled. The season has yet to begin, the team is in the same tier as a lot of other intriguing teams around the country. We have unknown quantities and rotations will be fluid. Though that early schedule is bad it will get some guys game experience and help Pitino mold a rotation.

I just wish we had 2-3 additional difficult games OOC, not necessarily against top 10/25 types, but against some teams that are clearly competitive.

Why i let my brotha have my season tix this season. And probaly another loss to Uk how will we be tested before that game. No margin for era in conference games whatsoever cause our strrength of schedule will be crap. Terrible seed on the horizion if we don't split games with NC and Duke at least.

It truly does suck........I would like to schedule some SEC, Big Ten and PAC-12 teams.

That OOC schedule is pretty embarrassing. Some of those teams I didn't even know had basketball programs. Grand Canyon? Really? I thought that was a national park.

If I were paying for season tickets, I would be pretty PO'ed about it. Playing great teams in conference play apparently comes with a high price. A cupcake OOC home schedule.

With the inexperienced/unproven group we have it makes sense to have a lot of these types of teams on the pre-conference schedule. It will allow RP to play a lot of guys and hopefully have a confident group heading into conference play. Conference will be brutal. But please RP, don't hype these teams like we are playing the Celtics.

The schedule is made for a team to gel before conference play so I get it. Its an NAIA schedule though.

The ACC will be a bear.

Would love to see our RPI
