One of the most refreshing aspects of the win over FSU was that no one qualified the win with a "yeah but". Every big win the in past was always marginalized: "they won the Fiesta Bowl, but others teams didn't want to play in AZ", "they beat #3 WVU, but their conference stinks", "they won the orange bowl, but the ACC was terrible that year", "they won the sugar bowl, but UF was disinterested ".

This win seems so much different in terms of national respect and feels like people are on board that we are now a football big boy.

If anything, FSU has shown a propensity to get down early and they always seem to find a way to come back except of course, last Saturday. Maybe the difference this year is that they are not as good as previous years with a FR QB. We will see how they fare the rest of the season.

True to a point, except FSU's D was suppose to be really good and a freshman QB didn't have anything to do with us scoring 62 points.

I like DF. And I think when he gets a little experience, he'll be a load to defend. Hopefully, the Nole fans give him and Jimbo time to show that...
