Well, Krzyzewski has 5 NCAA titles to cow's 1. I'd say that historically no one comes as close to cow in the "doing less with more" category.
The guy is just a lousy bench coach. He's either lazy or over confident, or some combination of both. Yesterday it was on full display in the 1st half. They've got Auburn begging to play dead and while holding a decent lead UK continued to take bad shots instead of just ending them with paint shots.
It's possible even his priorities are out of whack. Got to let the NBA scouts see what some of them can do by allowing all that freedom instead of focusing on what needs to be done to survive and advance.
Saw a stat 14 min into yesterday's game - they were 2-9 from the 3 pt line. No reason to have that many 3pt shots against a team down their interior stud at that juncture of the game. Just bad coaching. Or no coaching. Whichever.

Heard another supporting stat late yesterday (I haven't checked it)... Lite is 1-4 the last four years in the NCAA tourney against P5 teams.
His teams have gaudy records and great recruits, but they can't consistently win the games that matter. Along with everything else, that will be his legacy...

Coach K also does not have an ongoing coming up short resume as others have mentioned. He got a title a few years ago. Multiple titles are going to buy some time.

Nice stat! Every year they get a 1 or 2 seed and still flame out with easy roads. Just hope it keeps up cause it is fun when it happens. The grown adults literally crying on the radio is hilarious!
