Again not true. The national debt increased by almost 8 trillion, not 11, during the Obama administration. Trump's own figures show that if he is reelected next year he plans to increase the debt by over 9 trillion during his administration. The key difference between the two is that Obama was struggling to pull the economy out of the great recession. Trump is stimulating an economy which was already performing fairly well.What about the $11 trillion in debt that was added under the previous administration? In fact the current deficit is due in large part to the $200 million in interest we are now paying yearly to service that debt.
