Yes it was. He's now and ACC ref and that was an ACC team doing that game.

Not sure about the referee, but I'm pretty sure that the back judge who ignored the fair catch signal was fired.

K-state got jobbed so hard by the refs in that game. There was hard core Pass interference on almost every passing play.
