Disagree. They didn't quit and used their 2nd string QB, who sliced and diced the Cards secondary almost at will. Let's see how they do the rest of the year.

It benefits the Cards if they win out and stay in the T25 somehow. Makes the Cards win all the more impressive. Gotta give them props for making it interesting all the way to the end.

I do agree, Wake staying top 25 would help a great bit. But this is a home loss for them and they haven’t really defeated a legit top 25 team. UL has, and if they are top 25 then we should be ahead of them.

Not sure about the “Cards got the favorable call on that onside kick” comment. Tutu came up with the ball with pure hustle. Now, were we fortunate to have gotten that ball - damn straight we were. We tried to kick it, roll it away but at the end of the day, we possessed the ball. And, yes, you are absolutely right about WF remaining in the Top 25.

Can’t base it just one game. Clemson just made our loss to FSU really bad..

There is such a gap between Clemson and the rest of the ACC it really doesn't matter what they do against other teams. FSU getting blasted by them wasn't a surprised because their Oline isn't any good. They had no shot against that DL.

Wake is really good offensively and I mean really good. The defense played extremely well in the 3rd quarter which allowed Louisville to build up the cushion they needed. I am not sure you will see three better onside kicks, all of them were perfect.

Defense is a problem. They just can't generate any pressure on QB. Then when they try to bring heat they really struggle on the back end with assignments. They are screwed either way. With that said man are they physical and play hard. There is a lot to like but not surprising that unit needs a major influx of talent.
