The administration has put themselves in a difficult spot: don’t reinstate him and deal with Bowen's attorney, or reinstate him and draw into question your own moves: possibly against Pitino, surely against Jurich. They may end up paying Bowen anyway. Now wouldn’t that be interesting?

It is not a federal crime to take money to play basketball that is why the FBI cleared him. It is against NCAA rules to ask for or receive money to play basketball. That is why he never plays one minute for UL.

The fact that jurich hardly knows Tyra is likely a big part of the problem that led to his firing. About a year ago there were claims that jurich was "absent" in regards to BOT matters. It's been a while and my memory is fuzzy but it was something to that effect.

Like it or not, everyday life is a series of a events on a continuum. One event ends, the next one begins. Jurich is likely not returning, and it's shortsighted to say that's what I'm arguing or hoping for. The scumbag era has begun, and that's where my feet are. This one will end too at some point, and you don't know how or when that will occur.
