Andre Mcgee resigns from UMKC staff

Scott Cox is not a university attorney. He's a former federal prosecutor who now does defense work. He met RP through mutual friends and they have been friendly acquaintances for a number of years. He is generally thought of as the best defense attorney in Louisville and one of the best in Kentucky.

I knew all that but I thought I had heard that he was one of UL's attorneys. I didn't think that sounded right but wanted to ask for sure. I knew you guys would know. Thanks for clarifying it.

Scat fans proclaim prostitution.

Quit pretending with the fake empathy of only probation, Coach Pitino is safe crap.
There is no proof.
If you asked me to wire you money because 'your car broke down', and you proceeded
to buy a key of coke, am i going to be charged with money laundering ?

This chick is a pawn. As evident by her flip flops and lifestyle choices , along
with being "Mother of the year", she isnt smart enough to try and bring down UofL.

Someone is behind her. Who is it..........
Actually, if the person who was caught with the coke told the investigating officers that you fronted him the money for the drugs in an attempt to get out of trouble you would be charged with a conspiracy charge which are harder to disprove.

The person you sent money to for the so called car repair would be testifying against you to get a lesser sentence. The pawns are the people who are caught and are willing to bring others down with them to help thier own outcomes.

Cox is an excellent defense attorney. My gut feeling is that Cox must believe there would not be enough evidence to convict McGee of any crime in a court of law. While Pitino asking McGee to speak out sounds noble, why take risks when felony charges and jail time could impact the rest of McGee's life?
