It is. My hope for the season is to try to hover just above .500 most the year and maybe get a little hot at the end.

But I have no idea how they will do. None.

If he does well out of the gate against that schedule I'd be happy.

College hoops is like College football with the portal and teams that rarely competed with the "blue blood" programs will now be able to.

No team is an obvious choice right now. Anybody can beat anybody and we will see plenty of it I believe. Alabama losing to Vandy in football, giving up 40 points will be seen on the hardwood, maybe even with Alabama who's ranked #2 in the pre-season.

Louisville's disastrous last three seasons, not just two, won't matter a bit with this brand new team. The only thing that's the same is the color of the uniforms.

After watching the unselfish and high IQ play in the Bahamas this summer, I expect at least 20 wins for this team. It really comes down to how good a coach Kelsey is. We really don't know, we just assume he will be. I think his job will be a bit easier with this amount of veterans. A group of players who aren't sticking around in their 20's just to mess around. They want to win and win at a "Blue blood" program.

Louisville is back and the KP years will become just a bad memory, but a reminder of what it looks like giving a top head coaching job to a vastly unqualified coach.
