3% tuition hike. Louisville to the ACC

Well, we all knew it was coming when Louisville joined the ACC and immediately became the cheapest (by far) ACC school to get into it.

U of L Trustees approve 3% tuition hike. In-state undergrad tuition 5,271 a semester.
