51 rebounds. 17 offensive. solid free throw shooting. have to be happy to go 5-1 without Mack. excellent job by Pegues.

Got to be the early morning start for all these turnovers. Both teams. Some of the most careless turnovers I've ever seen, almost like a scrimmage game.

Is there a reason to start the championship game so early? The consolation game gets the afternoon start. Makes no sense.

College football takes over at noon today.

I was very impressed with the team being able to come back from a deficit. Not that's it is good to be behind in a game, but past years under CCM have shown they struggled to make comebacks.

I think something has changed maybe that player's only meeting cleared some issues whatever it is this does not feel like the team from a week ago. They really punched Miss St on D and they stayed with it when sh!t went sideways today.

Gotta give it to West on this one. His 7 straight points won the game. We are so deep at point guard.

Got to figure out what Withers is going to be for this team. He should be doing a lot of what Malik is doing on both ends of the court. Instead, he hangs outside like a guard. He doesn't have a good enough handle to play mostly on the perimeter.

Davis has to shoot less 3's. He does everything else pretty good but he and Sam are just not good outside shooters. He is wide open for a reason.

Cards will go as far as Locke and Cross takes them. They are the best two shooters but they force too many shots because they know they're the best shooters. They need to be more selective.

I think the hidden weapon for this team going forward is the duo of Wheeler and Curry. Both so far look very poised and smooth for such large men. Both would be starting at a lot of power conference teams just due to their size. Neither pretend to be a guard.

Coach Mack has a surplus of good players that most coaches rarely have. There's no NBA star in the making, there's no college all Americans, but a two deep roster of experienced and talented players.

I have higher expectations than I had before the season.

Shout out to West for getting us those late game buckets when the offense was stalled. Also his steady floor leadership.

Long term, this is going to be a fun offensive system to watch. Shooting everywhere and when we play hard on defense, we will be hard to beat.
