UofL vs Tenn. -Kueber Ticket Giveaway

If you have to give tickets away does that make us any better fanbase? Sad part is a lot of those winning those tickets are just tight wads and expect ticket prices to be $10 a game, because they’ve been on X all week crying about it.
I have a $445 a month pension but I bought season tickets because I support the team.
Not knocking a good deed by this guy at all. Bless him, because I’m sure some of the ticket winners couldn’t afford to go.

Better shoot better

It is the first big test of the Pat Kelsey era. Even though it is very early in the season, how they do against a top 15 ranked team is important. We need to see if CPK's game planning, scouting, coaching, adjustments etc. are up to snuff to beat good, ranked teams or if its not all there yet. It'll also be interesting to see how our players react and play. Who will step up? Who will have a big game?

UT will be an important stepping stone leading up to the Battle 4 Atlantis tournament where they'll face IU then either WVU or Gonzaga.
It will definitely tell a lot

Louisville
The Cardinals were playing their fourth top-25 team in the last six games when they faced Clemson on Saturday and finally came away with a win. Louisville is the highest-rated team on this list without even an outside shot at the CFP, but a big bowl game is still in play. This week: OFF

SOCCER: ACC MEN'S TOURNAMENT

It's pretty sobering to see how far the Men's soccer program has fallen. In 2010, the reached the College Cup Finals with Ken Lolla. Since his departure I am not aware of any significant post season success. This is definitely a case of where Tom Jurich showed his greatness. His ability to build something from nothing and find coaches like Ken Lolla to come to UofL.

The program still has an unbelievable facility, and the fan support was there when they were good. Hopefully, Josh Heird can find someone to turn this around, no reason to be finishing dead last.

Crow eating time

I’ve been positive for the most part through the close losses and a lot of on the field malfunctions but I’m probably on record stating Louisville didn’t stand a chance last Saturday at Clemson.
Well I’m here to eat my big ole plate of crow. JB gave me new hope with this win. Clemson was big, athletic, and aggressive and we had a perfect game plan. Glad we have Jeff Brohm as coach.
I've already enjoyed several helpings.

Technical problems

Every once in a while I'll get an error message/screen when trying to get on this website. Usually it's fine for me though. I just use my browser and not the app.
There is an app for this site? I’m not computer savvy so is my browser DuckDuckGo which I use as search engine? If so I just add this site to my home screen but it’s not downloaded from the App Store. Straighten me out friend

Better shoot better

For me, its not even about winning, can we go toe to toe with a program that has lived in the top 15 the last few years. If the answer is yes, then we are back on track. If all this leads to a Tenn win by 15+ then we are still a ways off, at least RIGHT NOW. This game means a lot to gauge how far we have truly come since June!

And let me state I AM NOT a moral victory guy, but when you have won 25 games the last 3 seasons combined, progress is progress!

Louisville vs UCLA

I have seen Kiki Jefferson the point guard for UCLA play several times and she is one of the top guards in the country. Towards the end of our game the announcers were saying the 2 games that were played surprised everyone because they were a lot closer than what was expected. I like this team and we should see the full potential of this team when everyone is healthy. I just hope they can build a good chemistry with so many good players.

I was impressed by how well we played against a team that has their top 4 scorers back. They all average double figures and they are a team who the talking heads feel has a legit shot at a title. I was also glad to see how excited our bench was rooting on their teammates. Talent is one thing chemistry is another.

Louisville vs UCLA

What I saw was a team with a lot of potential that fell into the typical traps of a young team, especially without Curry in the lineup. Young guards tend to drift out of the offensive set and try to makeup deficits by forcing things and then things breakdown from there. Exhibit A being the end of the 1st half turnover that led to UCLA getting the corner 3 to end the half.
