I was watching and I saw that they end their season with a stretch of 7 straight games against ranked teams.

Dennis Gates with a big bounce back year. He had a big year 1, but year 2 he went 0-18 in conference play. Had he not had that terrible 2024, he might have been a serious candidate for our job. Maybe KP just needed one more year?! (IM KIDDING!!!)

Half wsy agree with ya. His over the top competitiveness is what makes him successful, but being a jerk about it… is clearly a character flaw. And when things don’t go right - things quickly fall apart and the players will begin to doubt and turn on him. It’s a known fact that when things are good - all is well, but when things go bad and in times of adversity that’s when you see someone’s true character!

Sure the two championships SHOULD give him plenty of confidence, but not arrogance. If anything it should only make him more confident, comfortable and able to take the criticism, and just smile and bite his tongue at the arrogant fans that show little class… rather then lower yourself to there level. It’s a very immature response, and actually shows his insecurities snd lack of confidence.

Looks like his tantrum didn't work as SMU just ran the Irish out of their building. Wonder if the team from Texas had more fans at the game?

The Burton kid on ND had just 3 points, apparently not interested after the Louisville game. The ACC leading scorer most likely has a date with the portal.
