I gave Slick Rick forgiveness time after time after time. You can only be spit in the face so many times. F-off Slick Rick, run to the fanbase that mocked you, threatened you, and trashed your family. You deserve each other.
All I know is there are a couple of posters on here that don’t know a damn thing about football. These timely penalties being called on Louisville aren’t a coincidence I dgaf what a few on here think.
I do think he’s on the mend from something less invasive than Tommy John. I had the feeling he was on a shorter pitch count, but he pitched 4 full innings.
I have absolutely no clue. My assumption would be that he was always the sort of kid the staff was keeping on the backburner and would take if others fell through but based on the way a poster with direct contact with Singleton spoke, it didn't sound like the staff was prioritizing him and he probably knew that. I'm ok with it for now...I mean he's going to Northwestern so while it would be nice to keep kids in your own backyard at home, in this day and age that's not as much of a possibility with guys like Tre because schools like Northwestern and Clemson that have never been able to recruit in basketball can all the sudden make a kid that would be on UofL's 3rd or 4th tier of recruit their top priority.
Every fan base loses their mind over bad calls. Louisville has had horrible calls that forced an actual rule change. Not many schools can make that claim.
The national media has even said the ACC has an officials problem. Stop acting like it is just Louisville fans. The ACC was roasted over the VT and Miami game. The league has a real problem.
It is one factor in the end result but acting like bad officiating isn’t a factor at all is crazy.
