THERE'S A NEW FU%&ING SHERIFF IN TOWN.. L YES!!!!

Not to long ago the ACC had the best coaches in college basketball but that has changed. I am glad we made the CPK hire because it looks like a good one. I think you are seeing the SEC and B1G bias in every sport because ESPN is promoting them. They are pushing all of this realignment and everything else so they have to make it works or they are out money.

Rather have Ohio State

The game turned on two plays. In the fourth quarter Ohio State converted a 4th and 2 at the Texas 43. When they first lined up, Texas was confused and called a time out. They were still confused coming out of the TO, and the tOSU QB just ran at a bubble and got a big gain. They went on to score, 21-14. Texas then drives to the tOSU 1 yd line with a first goal and couldn’t get in. On 4th and goal from the 7, Evers is hit attempting to pass. The ball bounces right up to the tOSU player who hit him. He runs for a TD. the 4th and 2 and the 4th goal was the whole ball game.
I can’t help but watch these games, knowing how our game with ND went, and think we could play with these teams.
My feelings exactly. I have never hated ND before and I really don't hate the institution or the incredible history. I don't like this team because they get every single break they need to beat teams that are better than them.

And that includes Louisville who is the antithesis of Notre Dame when it comes to good fortunes. Had Louisville won that game like it should have, the Irish wouldn't be in the playoff on the verge of becoming one of the least impressive champions ever.

Hopefully Louisville will get its chance in next seasons playoffs, and if they are half as fortunate as ND, maybe they will win one or more games.

Does the ACC profit from Notre Dame football

There were a lot of green and gold in the stands when we played ND but begs the question, if they bought tickets through Stubhub or whatever, how does the University benefit from that? Concessions are concessions, do ND fans eat and drink more than other fans? I fail to see any real substantial benefit.

Went back and looked it up, scheduling ND at home is basically the same as having UK at home, about 58,000. I guess more ND fans would stay overnight and eat at restaurants in town so I could see how the city might benefit from that but again that's not the University.
Look at the TV ratings when a team plays Notre Dame and you’ll find the value in playing them.

Did anyone else see or hear the bias the way I heard it at halftime? When they were showing the highlights from the SEC, yhe announcers made sure to point out that the SEC was a “meat grinder” or whatever analogy he used. But when he was talking about the ACC he said that it was Duke and everyone else. This bias, this perception that the ACC is only one or two teams has now infected college basketball. Like I said during football season, the perception of the ACC will not change nationally until the ACC itself starts showcasing all of its teams not just the “Tobacco Road” teams.
