Why is Jordan Fair still on staff?

It's widely reported he is Coach 1 in the FBI docs, yet, he remains. The actions of Coach 1 were more egregious than Coach 2. What gives?

It's a great question, and one that needs to be answered sooner rather than later IF what was leaked as fact is indeed factual.
