I know @Ty Spalding had mentioned it a while back that Troutman had opted out of the 2020 college football season but I did receive an update from Troutman on his status. Troutman did in fact opt out of the season following the opening game against WKU after only receiving playing time on special teams. So is there a chance Troutman could return to Louisville? Right now he says he's not sure, stating that there is a 50/50 chance. Basically Troutman will gauge interest from other schools and compare that to the possibility of returning to Louisville and see which option best fits him.
