I agree. His system is one of high risk and high reward. Now, it has worked out favorably 80-90 percent of the time. But with the roster turning over every year we run the risk of having years like this. We will have to see how this year plays out and how we set up for next year.

No the issue is the guys who aren’t going to the next level will be pushed out so cow can get next group of one and dones. So he has to lie either to the guys coming in and saying they will play right away or lie to the guys returning thinking they have a chance to earn playing time. Oh what a vicious web we tangle.
