I would rather have OSU in the title game against Notre Dame instead of Texas. I don’t want Texas to win the championship and have to listen to all the SEC fans talk about how good they are because their conference foe won the championships.

After watching this first half,I'm certain that the Irish will be right in the thick of it late. They won't beat themselves...like what I'm watching now.

Weird game. Lots of weird stuff happening. Guys throwing a random punch 5 seconds after the play, O lineman coming out of left field after the whistle for yet another 15 yarder.

OSU's lack of discipline has killed two drives. Bad reflection on coaching staff.

OSU spent at a minimum 22 million dollars to reach the Finals. Miami just gave Carson Beck 4 BIG plus to relocate to South Beach for 9 months. Day makes 9.5 million dollars a year. College football is dead.

It's exactly why I like the Irish.
Oh gosh. If ND beats OSU then they are truly blessed. OSU is so much the better team and should win going away against the Irish.

We don't normally see a team of destiny in college football, but with the new 12 team playoff, it may just be the case. ND has been very fortunate to win the last two games which was the case on a few of their regular season wins, including the Louisville game.

Maybe the good Lord above is watching college football this season?

The game turned on two plays. In the fourth quarter Ohio State converted a 4th and 2 at the Texas 43. When they first lined up, Texas was confused and called a time out. They were still confused coming out of the TO, and the tOSU QB just ran at a bubble and got a big gain. They went on to score, 21-14. Texas then drives to the tOSU 1 yd line with a first goal and couldn’t get in. On 4th and goal from the 7, Evers is hit attempting to pass. The ball bounces right up to the tOSU player who hit him. He runs for a TD. the 4th and 2 and the 4th goal was the whole ball game.
I can’t help but watch these games, knowing how our game with ND went, and think we could play with these teams.
