.500 should be fireable. But then again, .500 is setting the bar really high for this coaching staff.

University administrators are judged not only by who they hire but who they fire. Miles Brant as IU president fired the most popular coach in Indiana and went on to a job with the NCAA. Tom didn’t fire Rick and went on to not being a top college sports administrator or university employee. Simple as.

As for me, if they fire Josh, I’ll flip my sports harder sign over and paint “ We Want Josh” on it. Then march around the campus until it’s time to go get a Heineken and some wings at Spring Street.

Spring Street wings used to be great, but haven't tried them since they reopened. The chili & grilled cheese was good though.

I agree completely. My comment was more about what record would need to be achieved for him not to get canned.

Going from 4 wins to about 15-16 would be enough of an improvement that he’d keep his job - IMO.

Not that he should mind you - just that he would. The good news / bad news is I don’t believe he has the slightest chance of winning anything close to that amount.
