The board has apparently begun proceedings of a "for cause" termination of Rick Pitino.

The ULAA Board just unanimously approved the "For Cause" termination of Rick Pitino.

And...Rick Pitino has begun his counterclaim that his termination is a breach of contract.

And we're off on what I gather will be a long and protracted legal battle.

Easy to say you'd walk away from $44MM.

That said, scandal after scandal. Skanky milf. Nasty, ugly, stank trick-ass ho's. Paying a dude. Any of those would get me fired. I have defended Pitino through Stank-ass-ho'sGate but after this one I am done. I wish it didn't happen, but it did, and for that I am glad he is gone.
