The committee picks the NYD bowls, is there a rule the higher ranked team must be their choice. I don't think so, but can anyone give an example of a lower ranked team picked with the h2h win for NYD bowl over a higher ranked team?
We won the h2h, and have 2 more conference wins, why wouldnt we represent the ACC in the OB over FSU when we will be ranked a few spots from each other?
