Steelers, I had my checking account hacked into and they changed some things up for security reasons. This might have affected my scheduled payment to rivals. If this does and rivals blocks me is there a phone number for customer service I can call?
I know they used to but the last time I had trouble I called a number and got Indians who couldn't help much. I also contacted them through the email they had listed but nobody ever contacted me back. I had to cancel the automatic withdrawal at my bank and open a new account.
