Tech scores that would have been huge momentum for us if we held them there. Well we have 3 point lead and get the ball first in the 2nd half.

I think Brohm needs to pick a RB and stay with him. Still haven't seen many wrinkles with the offense, or misdirection or creativity. Pretty basic right now.
Hopefully our depth on defense will take its toll on GT in the 4th quarter and when the Cards get to the red zone, Brohm needs to not be so conservative with the plays.

No flag on Tech for pass interference or roughing the quarterback?
I'm sorry, is this still American football that's being played? I've noticed with many games this season a whole lot of questionable holding flags.

On that last play there were 2 penalties on Tech that could have been called. Roughing the quarterback and pass interference. One thing I can say about Shough he doesn’t have happy feet. He doesn’t throw the ball until the last possible second.
Don't have a good feeling on this one. Looking like one of those meant to lose games. GT is getting almost every benefit of the doubt and good fortune.
Penalties have not been a big problem for this program lately, but in this game you would think it has been. Hard to figure why? Like they said, offensive holding can be called on every play.

I didn't think he caught it live. I was shocked when the announcers said he did. That was an unbelievable catch.
I remember pre season we were talking about all the transfers coming to Louisville from big schools. Brooks came from Alabama and somebody posted we were getting guys who didn’t much playing time where they were at. Brooks was getting play time at Alabama and thankfully he transferred here.
People always complain about the officials and this game is a perfect example. GT would be toast in this game without the fortunate penalties.
The announcer is full of it he said it was a verbal timeout so it wasn’t a penalty. A verbal timeout is for the ref to call a timeout after the play. He needs to learn the rules if he is going to be an announcer.
Safety on us I guess it is better than a TD. Defense has to do better, they have to put pressure on their quarterback.
