Louisville Lacrosse improved to 2-2 on the season with a 18-7 romp over the Central Michigan Chippewas.

Allegra Catalano and Nicole Perroni scored four goals each for Scott Teeter's squad.

UofL jumped out to an early 6-1 lead at the Louisville Lacrosse Stadium and won the opening quarter 7-3. The Cards pushed the lead to 11-4 by halftime.

Scott Teeter has stressed a strong defense this year and the Cards responded by shutting out the Chippewas in the third quarter. With the 16-4 lead going into the fourth quarter, Teeter was able to get the reserves significant playing time and four players got their fist goal of the season..

The Cards return to action Saturday when they host Virginia Tech in the ACC Opener for both squads.
