Think about it, if they did not do that the last couple of minutes would look like a soccer game.We play great “D”, kick the ball at the 26 second mark and the damn clock resets to 20 seconds? Are you kidding me? If that is indeed the rule it needs to be changed!
Huh? How many kicked basketballs are there in a typical game? One or two? What in the heck are you talking about?Think about it, if they did not do that the last couple of minutes would look like a soccer game.
Only one or two because the rule favors the offense.Huh? How many kicked basketballs are there in a typical game? One or two? What in the heck are you talking about?
I’m not sure but the old rule might have completely reset the clock. We play great “D”, kick the ball at the 26 second mark and the damn clock resets to 20 seconds? Are you kidding me? If that is indeed the rule it needs to be changed!
Thanks NC, that was the point I was trying to make.I’m not sure but the old rule might have completely reset the clock.
What Sawyer is saying is that teams (players) will try to deflect passes by kicking the ball if there is no penalty. Game could get ugly.
The old rule would have reset the clock to 30 seconds. You are correct.I’m not sure but the old rule might have completely reset the clock.
