ESPN parting of Ways may create opportunity for ACC

If I were Jim Phillips I would use this as an opportunity to potentially get a new deal with ESPN prior to 2025. ESPN could court the Pac-12(soon to be 10) or the Big 12(soon to be 10) but my
My personal opinion is that as currently stands the ACC is much more attractive than either of those leagues, especially when you consider basketball. I'm not sure if the 2025 Open window allows the League to walk away from the ESPN deal but if it does I would make it clear to ESPN that the League plans to open up the rights to bidding by all. Can't hurt to try. Espn will need more
content and losing the ACC would hurt.
