Common sense told us that Brohm would take the Louisville job. And then there's the Auburn job. Which will probably come open after next season when Gus Malzahn buyout will be much smaller. If Brohm had taken the UL job & then the Auburn job came open after next season, it would be really hard for him to leave UL after only 1 year to take the Auburn job. But if the Auburn job came open after next year Brohm's 3rd year at Purdue It wouldn't be a problem to then take the better more prestigious Auburn job. I mean Auburn is Auburn with it's tradition, it's 87,000+ seat stadium & it's SEC membership. Auburn is one of the better coaching jobs in college football.
