More coach Mack news he was coaching this past weekend at Durants fantasy camp. The same coach whom some fans on here state can't coach and was not the best choice for our school SMH!

He was absolutely the best choice. He is 48 years old and hasn't peaked as a head coach. He has a ton of energy and desire to compete. He's still hungry. Tyra made the right hire. I wasn't sold on him at first, but I am now. I like the quality of recruit he is getting to commit. Good 'student-athletes'. I'm excited about Cardinals basketball again. It's been a few years since I've felt that way.

Understandable cause nothing in life is guranteed see it all the time in coaching person has sucess at one place and for some reason doesn't translate into the next spot. But i'm confident it's gonna work out really well for him here.

I have stated many times that did not go thru a job search and prove to be the best candidate. He was appointed to the job by the idiots in charge, it's called bubba politics. It is easy for him to pull out Tom Jurich's check book and hire a good coach.
Everybody knows money talks, now let's see him maintain and build on what Jurich built. He's been here a year and he hasn't bought any money in yet. He has also misspoke several times regarding his loyalty and has associated himself with anti Louisville fans. He also continues to alienate big money donors.
