Louisville Softball won their season opener Thursday afternoon against FAU 2-0 .Taylor went the distance in the circle and allowed just four hits. A scoreless affair until the Cards got a run each in the top of the sixth and seventh innings.
The second game against the Owls turned into a slugfest, but Louisville's bats prevailed, building a 11-5 lead en route to a 11-7 win.
