Cards have Southern tonight.

This is a game where I would like to see the Cards experiment some with the lineup combinations. The Cards should handle Southern easily according to Vegas who has set the line at UofL -25 1/2.

Tonight could be a nice warm up game for a much tougher opponent Friday night.

A little bit more about the Jaguars. Eddie Reese leads the Jags with 17ppg, and as a team they average 57.5 ppg while giving up 81ppg. They are 0-2 with blow out losses at Alabama and Baylor.

This is a good game to see how well or poorly the kids can perform as a huge favorite. I'm mainly looking for focus. Go out and take care of business early. Don't let this team hang around.

The game the other night against Nicholls was sloppy. I think a huge part of that was due to Nicholls style.

I want to see the Cards play much more stronger with the ball as they continue to build continuity and chemistry.

I will be keeping my eyes on King, Norwa and Enoch. These 3 will have to play well consistently on the offensive and defensive end all season for this team to have any chance of making the tournament. Mack may end up having to push King out of the starting lineup and go with Norwa and Sutton.

Also want to see how Cunningham looks tonight.

Play like this Friday and they should beat Vermont.

Yeah I like this team. They have a nice upside and they're going to get better as the season goes on.

I am not liking all the whistles though. Let em play some refs!!

Final score 104-54. It's safe to say the Cards covered that -25 1/2 spread. Won by 50.

The Cards did make some improvements last night although the opponent was flat out awful.

The refs are calling way too many fouls. It seemed like last year the refs made it a focal point to on call a lot of fouls early to allow for free flowing offense or whatever. It seemed to fade as the season went on. I do not remember it being this bad last year though. It also does not seem like it's been that bad in some of the other teams/games I've watched this season. Really strange.
