If the games over the weekend are not a testament that games are won AND LOST at the FREE THROW line. I do not know what is.
UK hit two free throws under 10 seconds to win their game; and UL missed 1 Free Throw with 4 seconds left that likely would have won their game.
The point is, kids need to spend HOURS in the gym shooting free throws, and not out with friends. Free throws are one of those things that does NOT require coaching oversight, but just standing there doing it a couple of hundred times a week.
Very proud of this team, just disappointed for them when it was all there for them.
