Cards up 54-39. Really liking the way Jaleah Williams is playing lately. She’s got some great moves with the dribble, and she works very hard on the defensive end.

Good start to the second half! Jada with 3 straight 3’s and have opened up a 10 point lead, Woolley (Cuse leading scorer) is now injured.

Again, she’s a FR. She does some things well and the gets a bit nervous. I think the game, overall, is still moving too quickly for her. Same can be said for Randolph. Passing on the offensive side must improve. Along with passing up easy shots and then trying to make a tough pass resulting in a TO.

I’ve jinxed them … 17 points in those first 5 minutes, but now just 6 more in the next 11. Cards-Orange now tied at 23.

Like what the offense is trying to do. You can tell they have been working on it. They need to head and shot fake a little so the opponent isn't sure what to expect.

Need someone other than Curry to make the 3 if we're going to take quick ones.

I read an article last year that the powers that be were working for 62 to 68 teams forming 2 divisions. There basically would not be any conferences just this 2 divisions divided in half making 4 districts. In the article it listed the teams that would be included Louisville was team 54.

They make big money with live sports. Live sports are one of the big things that advertisers will overpay for.

ESPN's issue isn't related to rights fees for conferences and such, it's simply their model was based heavily on cable subscriptions and people having them year round. They could bundle them all together and get it every month. Streaming now makes it harder as someone can just subscribe when they want and honestly do it just for a month.

ESPNs worry isn't SEC or ACC football rights, they're fine with that. It's things like their MLB rights, which were fine under the old model but they're wondering how much they matter to their bottom line and make people want to subscribe and watch. Football is a massive driver in viewers, subscribers, and ad dollars. The NBA contract will be interesting to see how it goes, but paying for live sports is generally what they want to do cost effectively to make sure people are subscribing and watching.

Has Gonzaga lost two of its best players and gotten better?

Once again it shouldn't make any difference where teams were perceived in the pre-season when voting for the top 25 in mid January. If you were a voter for the AP, would you have Louisville in the top 25 today?

That's it. It's that simple. These excuses given for not voting for Louisville despite the Cards accomplishments are lame. In the coaches poll, the Cards got 3 votes.

That is bias, plain and simple.

Just keep improving like we have seen this team demonstrate over the last several months, and the wins will come. Getting back into the tourney will make UL of those teams that no one will want to play.

Once again it shows that an aggressive expansion plan within the SEC may ultimately fail to deliver its intended plan of eliminating other conferences in NC. The large media in the Northeast and the Westcoast will not yield to ESPN's efforts to advance that initiative.

Only a matter of time before the stockholders of Disney force leadership to address the situation inside ESPN; I hear that is already percolating. You can see that NBC's Parent (Comcast) forced NBC to spin off MSNBC for obvious lack of ROI, at the end of the day its about making money.
