doesn't the governor of Kentucky present the "Governor's Cup"? There should be an on-field ceremony, like the Super Bowl, where the trophy is presented to TJ, or President Ramsey, or somebody. The name of the trophy suggests that the governor is somehow involved. Do you think he doesn't want to,present it for fear of making political enemies?
