I heard Coach Saban on the Dan Patrick show earlier in the spring and basically reason why he is successful year in and year out while others don't seem to accomplish what they want is that Saban said during practice when they finally run a play perfectly, while most coaches think great we've got this down let's move on, Saban runs the play a dozen more times so not only is it perfect they've repeated it so many times the perfection is ingrained. I have a felling many coaches do the former, think they've got a play down, and move on, instead of continuously running the play so it's second nature. Some coaches think they've got it down, Saban makes sure they do. he may not win the title every year but his teams are always disciplined and focused. it's not a coincidence
