I have confirmed there is mutual interest between the twins and Louisville. While they may be looking around the relationship between them and Miami isn't irretrievably broken.
Keep in mind that Robby Washington and Ray Ray Joseph are similar players in stature and speed. However, while Robby is clearly an explosive playmaker I don't think he's the same caliber weapon as Ray Ray Joseph. That being said, putting two players with their speed on the field at once it puts tremendous pressure on the defense in certain situations. Also, both can return kicks so one could return punts and the other can return kick offs.
To sum this up, there is mutual interest between Louisville and the twins and this is a situation to monitor going forward.
