We give Jeff another year. That’s all.

It was a textbook example on how to blow a game. I don't think I care what happens the rest of this season. Of course I want to win but so what if we don't.
Yeah this is how I feel. I just believe we waisted a great opportunity with a really good QB. If he doesn’t fire English I don’t see anything changing next year.

Never should have lost but firing him is emotional talk. Like there are better coaches for Louisville. If he can’t win here seriously doubt anyone else can.
Not saying he should be fired, but how can you seriously believe that’s there’s not someone else out there that couldn’t have done a better job on Saturday? I believe there are, problem is they won’t stay. Satt would have been far better Saturday and he would have been paid far less than Brohm.

Jeff was asked Monday prior to Stanford game, when team would go out. They left Friday, I believe late afternoon here. Gave some reasons I thought were poorly thought out. Game was at 3:30 here, but 12:30 there. When your planning for travel appears poorly planned, the game plans by staff will coincide.
Jeff needs to allow ALL staff to pregame plan at a higher level, and he ask questions and insert suggestions in an urgent manner.

And that's the mindset of someone who has been in smaller programs where it's more about the head coach. He's never been at a big time program and he's been under guys like Howard and Bobby who run the show. In smaller leagues and program, the head coach is the guy that just runs everything. And he's built a staff around him that fits him. That could work years ago. That could work in smaller leagues. But to take the step up he wants, he needs to be more like a CEO and delegate some things.

The game has gotten so big that it's impossible for one man to fully know play calling, scouting, recruiting, etc. and it all fit around him. The reason defenses fail under guys like him or a Bobby is that because they're full focused on calling plays that they just have to let the defense be in the hands of the DC. If he had an OC that could handle calling 75% of plays and game planning, he could focus a smaller bit of attention on the defense and see some things. He could focus more on big picture things and make sure his staff is performing rather than just trying to be involved in every single thing.
