Jeff Walz just added a commitment from Ahlana Smith. Ahlana Smith ranks No. 3 overall Juco sophomore in the World Exposure Report composite rankings. She is currently playing at Gulf Coast Community College after a year at UCLA. She would be eligible immediately in 2020 and would have two years eligibility for Louisville.
The 5'9" guard from Charlotte, NC is reported to be an excellent mid-range shooter and saw the most minutes of any freshman for UCLA in 2018.
This could get a bit confusion with two guards named Smith for 2020 and both from the Pac 12 but you don't "say no" to quality and Ahlana, as well as Kianna, will be fine additions to the squad next season.
